2. Production process and operation methods

1. Set the winding and unwinding tension according to the material and production requirements, the number of automatic stops of the counter, etc., and after the setting is completed, turn on the photoelectric tracking and correction.

2. Pull the substrate to be cut to the slitting machine, lift the feeding shaft, penetrate the paper tube, and pay attention to the direction when threading.

3. Adjust the substrate to a suitable position and flush in compressed air.

4. Introduce the material to be slitted into the receiving shaft, and pay attention to the blade on the machine when threading the material to prevent your hands from being scratched.

5. According to the characteristics of the material, adjust the photoelectric induction position to ensure the accuracy of the size.

6. According to the single size requirements of the production process, install the slitting knife holder to the appropriate position, tighten the lower knife, open the fan, send the cutting edge material into the fan barrel, and then start the machine at low speed to cut the material into the required specifications.

7. Wear the paper tube that meets the specifications on the receiving shaft, rush into the compressed air, and pull the slitting product that meets the requirements to the paper tube of the receiving shaft.

8. Start the machine slowly, observe the slitting effect in the process of slitting operation, properly adjust and control the slitting speed, tension, angular pressure, edge material, etc., unwinding tension, and whether the slitting material meets the quality requirements, and slowly accelerate after stabilization, and it is strictly forbidden to put your hands into the machine when the machine is running, so as not to press your hands.

9. In the production process, everything is based on the interests of the company, reducing waste, reducing production costs, and saving electricity.

3. postpartum cleanup

After the production is completed, turn off the power switch of the machine, cut off the total power supply and air source, pack the edge material in a woven bag, bundle it firmly, clean the ground and the hygiene of the machine, and turn off the light switch.
