Keep it in good condition, the basic guidelines for slitting machine maintenance

The slitting machine should be inspected and lubricated before use; when inspecting and disassembling the slitting machine, it is strictly forbidden to use unsuitable tools and unscientific operation methods; the machine should be comprehensively cleaned and inspected every two weeks; if the slitting machine is stopped for a long time, all the bright surfaces must be wiped clean, coated with anti-rust oil, and covered with a plastic sleeve to cover the whole machine.

If the slitting machine has been out of service for more than 3 months, it should be covered with moisture-proof paper on the anti-rust oil; after the work is completed, the equipment should be carefully cleaned, and the exposed friction surface should be wiped clean and lubricated with oil. Daily maintenance, to do a good job in the daily maintenance and maintenance of the slitting machine, the following points should be done.

First, the electrical parts should be cleaned and inspected regularly;

second, to use high-quality slitting and cross-cutting knives;

Third, the daily maintenance of the slitting machine should be in place, and its criterion is that it is smooth, clean, and clear (no dust and debris) in place to ensure that the sliding part of the equipment is in good condition;

Fourth, it is maintenance work, and regular and irregular inspections of rotating parts should be stopped.

Slitting machine operating procedures:

1. The operator must be trained before taking up the post, and must be familiar with the use of different slitting machines, the performance of the equipment and the general maintenance methods. Personnel who are not in this type of work shall not operate at will;

2. Do a good job of labor protection before starting, prepare some auxiliary tools and materials for operation (knife adjustment tools, cartons required by the operation, paper tubes, paper cutters, tapes, etc.) and put them in the appropriate position of the machine;

3. Make sure that the equipment is in a safe state, turn on the electrical switch, check whether the circuit is out of phase, whether the gas path is unblocked, test run the machine, and check whether the electrical, pneumatic and mechanical equipment is running normally. Whether the protective facilities of the machinery are perfect. During the operation, it is necessary to prevent crushing, scratching or bringing in and turning gears, chains, rollers, etc.;

4. Adjust the knife according to the requirements of the operation, and pay attention to the direction of the knife edge. If necessary, the bottom knife should be removed and re-arranged, and the knife should be repaired and replaced if there is a gap or is not sharp;

5. Investigate the connection between the static elimination facilities and the ground wire of the machine to ensure that the static electricity of the material is eliminated during operation. Lay waste paper under the machine to prevent dust adsorption;

6. Pay attention to safety when loading. Push the material to the appropriate position for inflation, taking care that the direction of rotation of the material cannot be reversed.
